A. Mount the Clutch hub first and then the engine sprocket and the clutch chainwheel.
or
B. Mount the clutch hub and the clutch center/clutch chainwheel together outside the engine.

You need lots of patiance for A.

A



A1. Mount first the Clutch hub. (Be careful with the clutch hub key)

A2. Donīt forget the washer between hub and chainwheel.

A3. Mount the engine sprocket and the clutch chainwheel with the chain on.

A4. Use your 3:rd arm to mount all the 25 rollers between
the clutch hub and the clutch chainwheel.

A5. If you have picked up all the rollers 4 times from the floor go to B.

A6. When you have mounted all 25 !!! rollers mount the clutch center on the clutch hub.

A7. Go to C

B



B1. Put Clutch hub, washer and chainwheel together laying down ( Not you, the parts ).

B2. Mount all the 25 Rollers between the hub and the Chainwheel.

B3. Mount the clutch center on the clutch hub

B4. Mount the engine sprocket and the clutch with the chain on.


B5. (Be careful with the clutch hub key)

B6. Go to C

C



C1. Put the nut on the clutch center ( donīt forget the washer and the lockwasher)

C2. Tighten the Clutch center nut to a torque of 60 - 65 lbs.ft.
While you have a foot on the break pedal.

C3. Mount the clutch plates, start with a friction plate. (5 of each)

C4. Mount the clutch rod. Impotant !!! (easy to forget )

C5. Mount the clutch springs.

C6. Mount the alternator rotor.

C7. Adjust the Clutch springs. Look from above too see that the clutch pressure plate
not is moving out and in when you turn the engine and hold the clutch handlebar in.


C8. Secure all clutch spring nuts with a wire.

C9. Tighten the alternator center nut to a torque of 60 lbs.ft.
While you have a foot on the break pedal.

C10. Mount the alternator stator. Itīs important that the air gap between the rotor and the stator is equal all round.
Check with a .008" feeler gauge.

C11. Adjust the primary chain.

C12. Dismount the brake.

C13. Mount engine cover.

C14. Mount the brake.

C15. Mount the the foot rest.

Done.
