After rebuild, squirt some oil down the push rod tube, this will lube the tappets and put some oil in the sump to prime the pump. I oil parts as I assemble, some use assembly grease etc....

beat, the engine front mount is a long bar (with the weight of the engine in the middle) whose ends are mounted in the frame with thin rubber bushes. It looks to me that the engine might bounce around quite a bit, as much on the bar as on the bushes....and the disc between the spacer and the silentb...

I think you'll need 48, and it is chromed. Be careful with these, there are many for sale that are the triumph ones which have the bolt orthogonal to the top of the tank, I don't know about the smaller tanks, but I have the larger tank on my FS and the top of the tank is NOT at right angles to the b...

Write a letter to the DVLA explaining everything, they will still have it on their books (silicon) it is just a matter of convincing them to search based on the criteria you have. They should be able to find all vehicles registered to you and provide you with that info (freedom of info or something)...
