If you cannot find a local auto shop to expand the exhaust pipe, search for `exhaust expander` on eBay UK. 1. Was this a feature of the speedway motor?

If your question relates to blanking this part of the frame due to powder coating or sand blasting, it is possible to use the unit single clutch center tool as the blanking plug.
