Re: In search of reliable B25 oil pressure.

On my B50 I had wet sumping about 100 mm over night and it was the oil pump shaft housing worn so I got it machined and bushed now I can leave it for months without having a sump full of oil <924

I did the same on my B50 return line and it works well but I've see some posts here were others have had wet stumping and oil pushed out the breather. There has been some talk about this subject maybe the mighty moderator <936 could step in here.

There was a discussion about this a while ago so maybe try the search option and I'm sure that the seats are shorter for the large tank but I think you can modify the seat to suit but from memory our minety moderator could explain :uhu

There an Australian company you should be able to goggle them and get prices from memory about $500 Australian dollars but that was more than 5 years ago but very helpful people and I also had progressive fork springs made to suit my weight at a discount for buying the shocks.

Re: oil return hoses

Do you have any photos of the valve fitted I'm interested how you housed it and where you placed it on the bike. I've got a Rex Bunn valve on mine which is much smaller and a in out sort of system and seems to work great. Were did you get the valve for $35 ?
