Don't suck any stones in the and put them under the belt. you are right: stones in there will not be a good idea. I am stil surching for a Ideal mesh.... What stops the vent cover closing during a race beat? Can you get to the primary drive without removing the chair? I think your fan may whistle.....

hi SteveS I guess the Wings never have the right bend because the wheel will variate in Revs from 6 00 to 6 000 :grin: the way out for the air is on the holes in the upper cfk plate and three slots in the clutch area. a mesh would be fine, but I guess it will block by the mud :cry: so I get to this ...

hi Andy my B50 leaks as well, sealed bearing in place and lot of others done. the only thing it helps a bit is to keep the oil level as low as I can just see a little drop at the end of the dipstick. I use a heavy 90 gearbox oil, and evan with this low level, the gears seams to be happy for long dis...

if I am right, this is the bike of Dany Nüssli, a Swiss MX rider, still active in the OMC championship.

it seams as this was he's bike in the season 2005.

<069 <069 Engine is running !! ( Started by kickstarting, - no decompressor needed !! ) - and it comes by second kick ! but it is really hard to get it over TDC with this 650 ccm and 9.1 Comp Ratio, together with a new modern piston in a nicasyl coated barrel. beat :grin: :grin: :grin:

new metric size bearings and bushings yes, all the flywheel bearings are metric size now, - as they are smaller in outside diameter it needs bushings. as I bought the flywheel in pieces and not balanced, and using a much shorter piston to compensate the 14 mm additional stroke: this work is not mad...
