If the starting rollers had some texture, rather than being smooth...??? maybe, yes, - it could do it. - but : where is the starting roller device if the engine is stalling somewhere out in the mud ?? I must and I ( myself or Monky Lo ) will be able to set it in motion by kickstarting I think. beat...

500 to 650 doesn't sound much, but it is a 30% increase. Are you doing anything to the head/carb? Well, - the front fork is done, DSCN1558.jpeg the gearbox is overhauled and the head is welded: DSCN1570.jpeg DSCN1572.jpeg now, the engine is getting a new piston ( 90 mm ) and a new Nicasil coated barrel and a new crankshaft with 102mm stroke. will make 650 ccm in state of the 500 ccm it had.... What break fluid are you using in it? hi skip, I do use the same oil as in the engine, a straight 50 mineral. Is it the hose or the slave cylinder causing the problem guess it is the hose and the according connectors. so I get air in the slave cylinder..... if you use proven hydraulic parts from mo...

Yes SteveS, " growing " is the way to go.
I just ask myself if they do the growing in the " free air " ore they do the growing on top of a forming plate ( made from brass or steel ) underneath the growing fin.... :?:
