Another option could be to re-cut the seats and that the valve seats deeper, then I would have to also cut the pushrods, but I do not know if this would be enough to get at least 1 mm between valves

Is like if all began with a small crack in the selector fork spindle (possibility by a big hit), after the wear and corrosion did made the rest..
Surprisingly the gears and dogs are in good condition without marks and without oxide wear

efectively if it is too much thin could be break. At the end I decided not risk in this episode. So I have made a new bush with the correct inner wall, to keep a clearance of 7 thou.
