The Sammy Miller fork brace/mudguard mount and a mudguard from Autocycle engineering in Dudley rolled to suit does the trick sorry not bolted up in this picture

Pipe bending

Hi all, on fitting my exhaust I am finding that there isn't enough clearance between the front pipe and the clutch lever when the clutch is pulled in, any good ideas for bending the pipe without ruining it Tia John,

Poor fit

On trial fitting my exhaust system I have found that the front pipe is a very loose fit into the cylinder head, what is the cure or do I get the pipe enlarged, all thoughts welcome, tia

Done at fastline coatings preston Minety, would have done a thread on this build but it's very spasmodic and certainly not one for the rivet counters.i will do a synopsis at the end, where ever that is LOL

I am going to send my rack to classic racks to be replicated and would like to guage interest in these as it would help with negotiations as at the moment his discount to me hardly covers postage so I would be in a stronger position if I had an idea on numbers
