Nice bike mark, but i dont think it will pass the test. And they really test all bikes in these, atleast when i have been with modern bike.

Beat youre solution is great, but takes too much space and weight. I would have thought that steamengine pipe would be less noisy

Re: db

Yes is straight through, hole tube is just 2mm bigger than pipe, i think i dont have enough space for wool, couse there isnt much space anywhere, or then i would have to put silencer top of bike and outside from shocks, which would be very ugly and heavy. its so loud that im willing to loose some po...

This is 2 m, distance, 45 degrees and 1,35m high. And it was 115db before and 116after the race. Full throtle 1sec then fast down. As you see, dont have too much space or it will go too wide or really out off style  I will try to get db gauge from my club, but would be nice to see other silec...

It would be nice to have dyno on house, last time i was in one, there was desmo ducati and they gained about 2000 rpm more with just adding 30mm more to intake, of course its about pipe lenght etc, but so little and so much

Way cheaper than anything Cheney, just make youre own axle or change bearings. As i dont think you will get youre bike to museum register

I have splined shaft and yammu tt kicker, i dont think its longer than others. But you ca n set it closer than unsplined, so you get more kick travel. But not too close, or you will find youre kickstart hanging dead, with broken pinion and other nice stuff. How do i know it

World has allready enough museum b50's i think Im sure if you just cut front engine fixing points away, you can easily weld new ones in, if you have second thoughts. I have three tt/sr and 1 b50 engine, never measured them but i think tt is quit alot taller and bsa engine dont have too much space on...

Hi

My bike seems little bit too, ON/OFF in low rpm, I mean when driving and thorttle is closed and then try to add very little gas, it goes too much. would like to have it more
sensitive.
where should I start to play?

Hope you flushed frame very well, theres also aluminium.
I would still use filter in there, so what if it doesnt flow very well, it just takes more from front, but for cooling purpose might be sufficient?
