Post by b50root » Wed May 17, 2006 7:30 am

Rickard, A guy that I sold a B50 flattracker to got himself in a bit of a bind and the only way I could get him going for this wknds 1/2 mile in Van Wert, Ohio was to rob a new cylinder from my living room lamp.

How long can you keep the bulbs alive on your lamp ????
And isn't it a little too noisy for a bed room use ????
Have a nice day

Paul, The head is complete and only about 1000 miles from new but the rest of the lamp is a shell. I did have a complete engine B50 lamp but that engine found it's way into a bike so I made this one from a shell... Stan

I guess the lamp cylinder was best suited to a lamp. Guy called today to say the engine made two laps and tied up. And this guy makes a living as a mechanic. Go figure.... Stan
