It says 48 Teeth Original B50 is 52.

The P92 pre prototype motor that I have does have the primary sprocket and chain wheel using a different chain than B50 .

That's interesting Mike, I wonder if it's the 7/16 duplex chain that was fitted to the Triumph T160 Trident if so that would have a similar strength to a 3/8 pitch triple row chain!! If it is the same chain you will struggle to find a replacement as Renolds only manufactured one batch, Jaguar cars were also going to use that size for a camchain but decided not to in the end so no more got made.

John,
What I may have to do to assemble this motor is put a B50 sprocket and NEB alloy clutch on it , as it did not come with a primary chain to fit the P92 parts .
