B 50 Wanted

Post by Langster » Fri Mar 06, 2020 2:13 am

Hi!
I just recently joined the group. Former bikes include a '66 B44 Shooting Star and a '68 Norton Atlas (are we allowed to say other makes names?).
Currently on 4 wheels, I'm looking for a B50, preferably SS, for road use, matching numbers bike, runner ideally but open to project bikes.
I'm in the Montreal, Canada area.
Thanks
Ian

Thinking of selling but it’s a long wet ride to your house.

I have decided to sell one of my B50's; this one is in Colorado.

Image

Since this photo, I've added Gold Star (real one) headlight mounting bracket, as the original ones broke, and a package rack at the back.

I rebuilt the motor a few years ago with a .020" over JE piston, rings, and a valve job, with very few miles on it. Let me know if you're interested.

We drive to Colorado in April and come back in early June. I could deliver it as far as Albany, N.Y. at that time.

Ian:

Vacationing in the Black Hills at the moment. The bike is an SS that is in good condition. I will get pictures when I get home late Sunday.
