I HAD A LOOK AT THAT LINK. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS, I WAS HOPING NOT TO CUT THE FRAME, AS IT'S PRETTY STANDARD AND MAY BE OF USE TO SOMEONE LATER. I WAS HOPING THERE WAS A MOD THAT COULD BE MADE TO THE OIL BLOCK ??

If you cut that cross member out of the frame to clear the B40 oil manifold, someone wanting a pristine frame could very easily trim the tube edges smooth to the frame and weld another cross bar back in and it would be very hard to tell it wasn't stock.

I have learnt that it is possible to cut and weld anything (not for me, but by skilled others), some of the stuff these guys do is increadible. Go for it and good luck finding a B50 engine.

PS Welcome to the forum <135
