But not the only time the forum was checked...everyone must be riding their bikes

There is no evidence to support the notion that life is serious.

hi Jack,Jack Gifford wrote:450 Km- what's the tank size?
14.4 Liters are going in there.
as I wasn't riding it really hot on this daytripp, the consumption was near 3.1 liters by 100 km's.

yes, it is a easy starter, first ore second kick usually, A/F Ratio in idle with pulled choke around 12.5 : 1 by outside temperature of 15° in the morning hour.Jack Gifford wrote:You seem to do just fine without electric starting...

Hmm,,, I guess all B50 riders must be enjoying their bikes in June/July of each year. No new posts here for the last two days- just like a year ago when I started this thread.

High winds and non stop rain in the south of the uk, means not much happening on the bike front, well cheesed off.

Re: Hello???
Chris, Saturday was good, thunder and rain at 10am, Reading to Swindon, then to Calne bike show (rained while having lunch so no worries), down to Andover Norton for an open day, back home for sherbets and rock band in the village hall.
running like a dream even two up, still very noisy. Time to clean the bike for next weeks adventures...

Re: Hello???
Once more... no new posts in the last 24 hours. Must be great riding weather, eh?
Actually, the weather here would make for good riding- I'm just too busy with the lakester right now. Shooting for doing some testing on the quarter-mile dragstrip at Norwalk Ohio- first August weekend is the Ames Performance Pontiac Nationals, and I've been invited to display the car on the manufacturers' midway.

It looks like it's been about two and a half years since I last noticed a "zero posts" day here. Something very distracting that I'm the last to learn about?

Well it's Melbourne Cup day down under today. It's known as the race that stops a nation so I guess that's the Aussies excused from posting!
If I had half the ability I think I have, I'd be bloody good!
